REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Plants get damaged in shipping which will happen in very rare and extreme case only. If it happen the buyer need to do following things-:
Send the particular damaged plants picture via whatsapp or email, provided in home page within 6 hours.
Buyer can ask for refund of particular plant or have a re shipping of same plant.
No shipping charge will be refund.
No refund and return will be done other than damaged plant.
No need to send buyer's damaged plant to seller.
Refund will be done within 7 working days only in bank account or upi provided by buyer.
